Courtney Kolodziej
Public Access Trainer Courtney joined The Exceptional Sidekick team in 2018 as the Public Access trainer. She exemplifies compassion and a perfect understanding of our clients that have a hard time building relationships with new people. She comes to us with a deep understanding of the difficulties in training your own service dog, helping support each team with their specific challenges. Courtney’s passion is preparing Service Dogs in Training for their important job as medical aid and support for their handlers. Each handlers needs are different, and she loves connecting with them and their amazing dogs. When Courtney is not training service dogs, she is enjoying time at home with her two kids, her awesome dogs Harley, Toby, Corona & Octo and the talented service dogs that come to visit. She moved to Connecticut from Texas and while she isn’t so sure about the cold, she really enjoys the wonderful people she has connected with.
